PFI Compliance

PFI Compliance is a new service, established by Lori Keating, in response to our industry experience of the need for a bespoke compliance service to the public sector.

Lori Keating has worked for some 10 years as a consultant to the public sector, providing independent advice on building and building management issues.

PFI Compliance will put together bespoke teams of specialists in response to any commission requested. These specialist consultants have a similarly strong professional background in the industry, are well known to the firm, and will provide tailored expertise to any issue of concern.

We can provide legal advice as required through our links to specialist legal practices.

We will work on an hourly, project, or success percentage (the latter, dependent on our own evaluation of risk). We will develop a fee proposal for you that will, in itself, demonstrate Value For Money and that will be sympathetic and tailored to your own internal procurement guidelines.
