PFI Compliance is a service established in response to our industry experience of the need for a bespoke compliance service to the public sector.

Lori Keating, senior director and consultant, has worked for some 10 years as a consultant to the public sector, providing independent advice on building and building management issues.

We will work on an hourly, project, or success percentage (the latter, dependent on our own evaluation of risk). We will develop a fee proposal for you that will, in itself, demonstrate Value For Money and that will be sympathetic and tailored to your own internal procurement guidelines.
