PFI Compliance can:

• Carry out independent audits, transparently and according to any contract, and on any area of building management:
• FM services;
• Maintenance and building works;
• Management issues (staffing, payment);
• Health & Safety.
• From those audits, and if performance of a private-sector partner is found to be inadequate, provide recommendations for change, and oversee their implementation;
• Lead any negotiations with a private sector partner, in conjunction with our client, that might result in financial redress;
• Provide dispute resolution advice and, indeed, take a potential claim to the point of a formal dispute.

We will offer you a bespoke solution to any problems you might perceive in your Contract, or provide you with independent confirmation that the Contract is performing as intended. Our advice is always pragmatic, and given with full cognisance of Government and local policy mandates. Our work will be transparent to our clients, providing further reassurance that a robust internal audit trail is kept, and so to assist with all long-term solutions.
